Hive: The New Bees 2
Resounding Scream Theatre is currently working on producing the newest iteration of Hive: The New Bees cleverly titled Hive: The New Bees 2. We have confirmed 12 companies/performance groups that will be taking part in this eclectic theatrical event. The "Hive" structure was birthed by a number of professional companies in Vancouver. The idea is that a number of participating companies will all perform simultaneously in the same venue providing the opportunity for audience members to see multiple performances under one roof. The evening will conclude with a party in the mainstage accompanied by musical and comedic guests and plenty of room to dance.
The goal for Hive: The New Bees 2 is to provide the opportunity for recently graduated artists from Simon Fraser University and other Post-Secondary institutions to share their work with audiences in the city that fostered their learning and fuels their fires. As producers, our aim with this project is to foster a sense of unity and growth within the local community of emerging artists and art patrons while staying true to our personal mandate and the mandate of our partners.

Christmas Eve In Saigon
Christmas Eve in Saigon is the latest script in the works for Resounding Scream Theatre. Catherine Ballachey is in the development/creation stages of this script that will be performed in a staged reading at the Neanderthal Festival this summer. CLICK HERE for details.
